About: who drives you, and under what licence

EstoniaTransfer is not a taxi company and not a dispatch service. It is one driver, one car and a handful of routes to Estonia's border crossings that he knows by heart. Everything here can be checked.

Who drives

Every journey is driven by Kirill Kotšergin. He is also the person answering WhatsApp and Telegram, and the one who picks up the phone. There is no dispatcher in between: you arrange the trip directly with the person who will arrive, and nothing is lost in retelling.

He has been driving for 9 years. He does not follow a satnav to Narva, Koidula or Luhamaa: he knows where the queue usually builds up, how long control actually takes on a weekday and on a public holiday, and what time you have to leave Tallinn to avoid arriving at a closed gate.

He speaks Russian and gets by in English. He holds driver service card TK23034 — in Estonia this document is issued to a person, not to a company.

The car

A 2020 Toyota Corolla Hybrid: four passenger seats, climate control, and a boot that takes two large suitcases plus hand luggage. It is the driver's own car rather than a rotating fleet vehicle, which is why the interior is what it is. Winter tyres in winter.

Legal details

Carrying passengers for payment is a licensed activity in Estonia. Every number below is public and verifiable in state registers — ask any operator you arrange a border run with for theirs.

How it works

You send the date, time and route; we reply with the exact fare before you travel. The price is fixed and per car, not per passenger — neither traffic nor the border queue changes it. There is no meter.

No prepayment. The ride first, the settlement after — inin cash to the driver, by card or by bank transfer, in euros. We confirm the amount by message in advance so you have it in writing.

Airport pickup with a name board is included and flight waiting time is not charged. If your plane is late, we wait. Luggage and a child seat cost nothing extra, and night departures are the same price.

What we do not do

The Estonian car does not cross the border. On the Russian side a separate car takes over and settles in roubles — except on the through route to Saint Petersburg, where there is one price and it is in euros.

We do not arrange visas, do not book GoSwift queue slots for you, and cannot clear border control on your behalf. We drive you to the checkpoint and meet you after it.
