- Four ways. A private transfer costs €130 for the car, 210 km and about 2 hours 30 minutes, with a drop-off at the checkpoint itself. The Lux Express coach starts at €9 per person but stops at Narva bus station, about 2 km short of the crossing. The Elron train is €13–23, also to the station. Your own car cannot use Narva: the crossing is for pedestrians only.
- How much is a private transfer to Luhamaa?
- €160 for the whole car from Tallinn — up to four passengers with luggage, 280 km and about 3 hours 10 minutes via Tartu and Võru. From Tartu the same crossing costs €80. There is no scheduled transport to Luhamaa at all, so people arrive either in their own car or by transfer.
- How much is the Tallinn — Koidula transfer?
- €160 per car, 270 km via Tartu, about 3 hours 5 minutes. Koidula is a road crossing with the exit queue booked in advance in GoSwift; our car takes you to the checkpoint and you go through the controls yourself. From Tartu to Koidula it is €80 and about an hour.
- Which crossings can I drive through and which are on foot?
- By car — Koidula and Luhamaa, both requiring a GoSwift queue booking. Narva is pedestrian only: cars are not let through and the border is crossed on the bridge to Ivangorod. All three work from 7:00 to 19:00 and close for the night. The hours change — check politsei.ee before you travel.
- Can I book a transfer at night or for the 7:00 border opening?
- Yes, departures are possible at any hour and a night trip costs no more than a daytime one. That is the main reason people take a transfer to reach the opening: the first coach gets to Narva later and trains do not run that early.
- How do I book, and what is the phone number?

Border transfer: common questions
What does the transfer cost and what is included?
Narva is €130; Koidula and Luhamaa are €160 for the whole car. The fare already covers the name-board pickup, help with luggage, a child seat and waiting for your flight. There is no surcharge for night trips or extra suitcases. The only extra is a booked slot in the border queue, if you want one: €50 on top of the Narva route.
How long is the drive?
About 2 hours 30 minutes to Narva, roughly 3 hours to Koidula and 3 hours 10 minutes to Luhamaa. Snow and heavy traffic make it longer, so we leave with time in hand when the crossing opens.
Can I cross the border without leaving the car?
Not with our transfer: the Estonian car does not cross the border. We drive you to the checkpoint, you go through the controls yourself, and on the Russian side a second car can meet you. In your own car you can drive through Koidula and Luhamaa — the exit queue is booked in advance in GoSwift, and passport control takes place inside the checkpoint buildings. Narva is crossed on foot only. Opening hours change, so check them before you travel.
Do you meet passengers at the airport and the port?
Yes. Leave the flight number or the ship's name and the driver will track the arrival and wait with a name board. A delayed flight changes neither the price nor the booking.
How do I pay?
In cash to the driver or by bank transfer, in euros. No prepayment: the ride first, the settlement after. We confirm the price by message before departure so you have it in writing.
